Hotelul „Dacia” a fost construit în anul 1906, pe locul în care se afla ospătăria, distrusă de un incendiu în 1900. Clădirea, proiectată de către arhitecţii Guido Hoepfner şi Géza György, prezintă o structură formată din subsol, parter, mezanin şi trei etaje. Arhitectura hotelului marchează oferta staţiunii la începutul secolului XX, prin cinci elemente decorative ale faţadei: „Izvoarele termale”, „Baia”, „Drumeţiile”, „Hangiţa” şi „Bagajistul”. Din anul 2004, hotelul a intrat în regim de proprietate privată, aflându-se în prezent în proces de restaurare.

The „Dacia” Hotel was constructed in 1906, on the spot of a hostelry, destroyed in a fire in 1900. Designed by architects Guido Hoepfner and Géza György, the structure of the building consists of a underground level, ground floor, mezzanine, and three upper floors. The hotel architecture presents the offer of the resort at the start of the 20th century, across five main decorative elements which are placed of the façade, titled: „The Thermal Springs”, „The Bath”, „Mountain Climbing”, „The Inn Keeper” and „The Porter”. Since 2004, the hotel is a private property, currently being in a process of restoration.
