Vila este poziţionată la est de vila Dora, formând un front continuu cu restul vilelor. Construcţia este compusă din parter şi subsol, faţada este marcată de un soclu înalt din piatră brută, din care se decupează două ferestre ale subsolului. Faţada este finisată cu cărămidă roşie aparentă, cu panouri dreptunghiulare decorate cu motive vegetale (flori şi vrejuri) şi zoomorfe (păsări), deasupra celor patru ferestre şi deasupra intrării. Acoperişul este în două ape, cu trei lucarne drepte. Clădirea a servit iniţial drept şcoală, apoi a devenit locuinţă, fiind ulterior abandonată. În prezent se găseşte într-o stare medie de conservare, necesitând lucrări de consolidare şi restaurare.

The villa is located eastward of the Dora villa, forming a continuous line together with the other villas. The construction consists of a ground floor and a basement, the façade is marked by a high base made from rough stone, where two basement windows are showing. The façade is embellished with red apparent brick, and with rectangular panels decorated with plant motifs (flowers and stalks) and zoomorphic motifs (birds), in the areas above the four windows and above the entrance. The building is covered by a gable roof, fitted with three straight dormer windows. The building was initially used as a school, afterwards it was a residence, and later it was abandoned; consolidation and restoration works are necessary.
